DELIVERING VICTORIAN INFRASTRUCTURE (PORT OF MELBOURNE LEASE TRANSACTION) ACT 2016 (NO. 10 OF 2016) - SECT 96
New section 4A inserted
After section 4 of the Port Management Act 1995 insert —
" 4A Declaration of port of
Melbourne operator
The Minister, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may declare that a
person specified in the Order is on and after a date specified in the Order
the port of Melbourne operator.".
