ENERGY AND RESOURCES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 55 OF 2010) - SECT 61
Operation plan to be prepared
In section 161(1)(a) of the Petroleum Act 1998 —
(a) omit "of injury or damage";
(b) for "community, person, land
user" substitute "member of the public".
