Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Without limiting the powers of the Commission under section 3.1.9, the Commission may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate to any person or body appointed as an approved training agent any power or function of the Commission under sections 5.5.6, 5.5.7, 5.5.11(2), (3) and (4), 5.5.14 and 5.5.16(2).
(2) The Commission must ensure that a copy of an instrument of delegation under this section is published in the Government Gazette as soon as practicable after its making.
