ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (AUSTRALIAN ENERGY MARKET OPERATOR) ACT 2009 (NO. 23 OF 2009) - SECT 7
Amendment to section 16—Prohibition
After section 16(2) of the Electricity Industry Act 2000 insert —
"(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to AEMO when it
is performing a function or exercising a power under the National Electricity
(Victoria) Law.".
