ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (FEED-IN TARIFFS AND IMPROVING SAFETY AND MARKETS) ACT 2017 (NO. 1 OF 2017) - SECT 8
Exemptions
After section 17(2)(e) of the Electricity Industry Act 2000 insert
—
"(ea) provide that an exemption is effective in
respect of a person if the person is registered under Division 3A; and".
