Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Secretary for the Department of Justice must ensure that persons employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 are made available to assist Emergency Management Victoria in the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of Emergency Management Victoria.
(2) Emergency Management Victoria may enter into agreements or arrangements with a person or body for the purpose of obtaining appropriate expertise to assist Emergency Management Victoria in the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of Emergency Management Victoria.
