Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Emergency Management Commissioner is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances that are determined by the Governor in Council.
(2) The remuneration of the Emergency Management Commissioner cannot be reduced during his or her term of office unless he or she consents to the reduction.
