Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) For the purpose of enabling the Emergency Management Commissioner to perform the functions specified in section 32(1)(a), (b) and (e), the appointed State Response Controller or relevant control agency under the state emergency response plan must provide such information in relation to control arrangements to the Emergency Management Commissioner as the Emergency Management Commissioner may request.
(2) For the purpose of enabling the Emergency Management Commissioner to perform the function specified in section 32(1)(f), an agency must provide such information in relation to consequence management to the Emergency Management Commissioner as the Emergency Management Commissioner may request.
