Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Emergency Management Commissioner must ensure that warnings are issued and information is provided to the community in relation to fires in Victoria for the purposes of protecting life and property.
(2) In complying with this section, the Emergency Management Commissioner must have regard to any guidelines, procedures and operating protocols issued under section 44.
