Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsThe Inspector-General for Emergency Management, by instrument, may delegate any function or power conferred on the Inspector-General for Emergency Management by or under this Act (other than this power of delegation) or any other Act to any person who in the opinion of the Inspector-General for Emergency Management has relevant emergency management experience.
