EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 56 OF 2011) - SECT 26

    (1)         In section 34 of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 for "Director of Operations" (wherever occurring) substitute "Authority".

    (2)     In section 34(3) of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 omit ", after consultation with a DISPLAN co-ordinator appointed under section 13 of the Emergency Management Act 1986 ,".

    (3)     In section 34(4) of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 omit "with the approval of the Authority".
