EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 36 OF 2018) - SECT 92

At the end of Part 6 of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997 insert —

" Division 6—Transitional provisions—Emergency Management Legislation Amendment Act 2018

        79     Audit of municipal emergency management plan—Southern Alpine Resort Management Board

Despite anything to the contrary in section 21A(1) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 , the first municipal emergency management plan prepared under section 20 of that Act by the Southern Alpine Resort Management Board after the commencement of section 6 of the Alpine Resorts Legislation Amendment Act 2016 must be audited before 31 January 2019.".
