Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIf, following an investigation, the Commission believes that an unlawful act has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur, the Commission may accept a written undertaking from a person under which the person undertakes to take certain actions or refrain from taking certain actions to comply with this Act.
