Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsOn the commencement day, a person who is an employee of the Administrative Office of the Environment Protection Authority established by the Order in Council made under the Public Administration Act 2004 published in the Government Gazette No. G 13 of 2005 on page 633 immediately before the commencement day is to be regarded as—
(a) employed under section 8(1) by the Authority as continued under section 5; and
(b) having been so employed on terms and conditions of employment that are no less favourable overall than those that applied to the person immediately before the commencement day; and
(c) having accrued an entitlement to
benefits in connection with that employment that is equivalent to
the entitlement that the person had accrued as an employee of the
Administrative Office of the Environment Protection Authority immediately
before the commencement day.
