Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 4(1) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 , the definition of Authority is repealed .
(2) In section 4(1) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 , the definition of Chairman is repealed .
(3) At the end of section 4(1) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 insert the following note—
" Note
The provisions of the Environment Protection Act 2017 , including the definitions in section 3(1) of that Act, are to be read as if they formed part of this Act (see section 4(1) of the Environment Protection Act 2017 ).".
