ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2017 (NO. 51 OF 2017) - SECT 41

Disclosure of information an offence

    (1)     In section 60(1) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 , after "this Act" insert "or the Environment Protection Act 2017 ".

    (2)     In section 60(3)(a) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 , after "this Act" insert "or the Environment Protection Act 2017 ".
