ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2017 (NO. 51 OF 2017) - SECT 45

Persons with functions of public service body Head

After section 16(1)(d) of the Public Administration Act 2004 insert —

    "(e)     the Chairperson in relation to the Environment Protection Authority within the meaning of the Environment Protection Act 2017 ;".
