EMERGENCY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 5 OF 2012) - SECT 28
Amendment of section 39E—Prohibition of high fire risk activities
For the penalty at the foot of section 39E(1) of the Country Fire Authority
Act 1958 substitute —
"Penalty: 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or
both.".
