FUNERALS ACT 2006 (NO 77 OF 2006) - SECT 40

        Under this Division—

        (a)     a notice of termination can be given; and

        (b)     an assignment, transfer or payment can be made—

by or to the legal personal representative of a person in respect of whom a funeral is to be supplied under a pre-paid funeral contract whether or not the person was a party to the contract.
