FOOD AMENDMENT (REGULATION REFORM) ACT 2009 (NO. 42 OF 2009) - SECT 21
Registration etc. may be made despite minor defects
In section 39A of the Food Act 1984 , for "sections 19C and 39" substitute
"sections 38B and 38D".
