FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (OFFICE OF THE VICTORIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2017 (NO. 20 OF 2017) - SECT 10

    (1)     In section 27(1)(e) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     after "agency" insert "or a Minister";

        (b)     for "or 31" substitute ", 31 or 31A";

        (c)     for "Freedom of Information Commissioner" substitute "Information Commissioner".

    (2)     In section 27(2)(b) of the Principal Act, for
"or 31" (where twice occurring) substitute ", 31 or 31A".
