FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (OFFICE OF THE VICTORIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2017 (NO. 20 OF 2017) - SECT 22
Time for applying for review
(1) In section 49B of the Principal Act, for
"Freedom of Information Commissioner" (where twice occurring)
substitute "Information Commissioner".
(2) In section 49B(3) of the Principal Act, after
"the agency" insert "or Minister".
