FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (OFFICE OF THE VICTORIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2017 (NO. 20 OF 2017) - SECT 84

Power to obtain information and documents

For section 68 of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 substitute —

        "     68     Information Commissioner may issue notice to produce or attend

If the Information Commissioner has reason to believe that a person has information or a document relevant to a conciliation under this Subdivision, the Information Commissioner may serve a notice to produce or attend on the person, in accordance with Division 10.".
