FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (OFFICE OF THE VICTORIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2017 (NO. 20 OF 2017) - SECT 89
Commissioner to develop Victorian protective data security framework
After section 85(1) of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 insert

"(1A) The Information Commissioner may from time
to time review or amend the Victorian protective data security framework.".
