FREE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH PROPERTY AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 67 OF 2012) - SECT 8

Trusts on which real property held

    (1)     Section 6(1) of the Principal Act is repealed .

    (2)     At the foot of section 6(2) of the Principal Act, insert —

" Note

The Schedule to this Act was repealed by the Free Presbyterian Church Property Amendment Act 2012 .".
