Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Magistrates' Court, on an application under section 19(1), may make an order extending the compliance period for a fortification renewal order if the Court is satisfied that it is appropriate to do so in all the circumstances.
(2) The Magistrates' Court may extend the compliance period even if the compliance period has ended before the Court makes its determination on the application.
