FAIR TRADING AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 19 OF 2009) - SECT 11

    (1)     For the heading to section 153 of the Fair Trading Act 1999 substitute —

" Non-punitive orders—Corrective advertising orders ".

    (2)     In section 153(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1999 —

        (a)     omit "Minister or the";

        (b)         for "an adverse publicity" substitute "a corrective advertising".

    (3)     Section 153(2) of the Fair Trading Act 1999 is repealed .

    (4)     In section 153(3) of the Fair Trading Act 1999 , for "an adverse publicity order " substitute "a  corrective advertising order ".
