FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 19 OF 2017) - SECT 46
Circumstances in which Koori Court Division may deal with contravention of a sentence imposed by it or by another Division of the County Court
(1) In section 4DA(b)(i) of the County Court
Act 1958 , for "or" substitute "and".
(2) Section 4DA(b)(ii) of the
County Court Act 1958 is repealed .
