FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION AMENDMENT (INFORMATION SHARING) ACT 2017 (NO. 23 OF 2017) - SECT 5
How purpose is to be achieved
After section 2(a) of the Principal Act insert —
"(ab) providing for the sharing of information
that is relevant to assessing and managing a risk of family violence; and".
