FAIR WORK (COMMONWEALTH POWERS) ACT 2009 (NO. 24 OF 2009) - SECT 41

This Part and Parts 4 to 7 are repealed on the first anniversary of the commencement of the Parts.

Note

The repeal of this Part and Parts 4 to 7 does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments made by the Parts (see section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 ).
