FAIR WORK (COMMONWEALTH POWERS) AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 74 OF 2009) - SECT 1

The purposes of this Act are—

        (a)     to amend the Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 as a consequence of various proposed amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth, and to make other minor amendments to the
Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 ;

        (b)     to make related amendments to other Acts.
