GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 (NO. 13 OF 2019) - SECT 142

A consent given in accordance with this Part has effect as if—

        (a)     the patient had decision-making capacity in relation to giving consent to the carrying out of the special medical procedure; and

        (b)     the special medical procedure was carried out with the consent of the patient.
