Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Despite section 33, the Minister must not renew an exploration permit if the key objects of the work program that were to have been conducted under the permit have not been achieved to the maximum extent that is practicable.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the Minister is satisfied that the failure was the result of one or more events that were beyond the control of the holder of the permit.
