Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Before approving an injection testing plan, the Minister may refer the plan to an independent panel or any relevant public authority for a recommendation concerning acceptance of the plan.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the Minister must refer an injection testing plan to an independent panel or relevant public authority before determining that approval of the plan is in the public interest in accordance with section 42(2)(b).
