GAMBLING REGULATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 7 OF 2006) - SECT 1

Purpose

The main purpose of this Act is to amend the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 , the Gambling Regulation (Further Amendment) Act 2004 and the Casino Control Act 1991 to enhance the regulatory role of the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation.
