GAMBLING REGULATION AMENDMENT (LICENSING) ACT 2008 (NO. 40 OF 2008) - SECT 24

Compliance and enforcement

    (1)     In section 10.4.11(7) of the Principal Act, in the definition of "regulated person"—

        (a)     in paragraph (f), for "provider." substitute "provider;";

        (b)     after paragraph (f) insert —

    "(g)     the wagering and betting licensee;

        (h)     the keno licensee.".

    (2)     After section 10.5.1(2)(a)(v) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(vi)     the wagering and betting licensee; or

              (vii)     the keno licensee; or".
