GAMBLING REGULATION AMENDMENT (LICENSING) ACT 2009 (NO. 29 OF 2009) - SECT 33

    (1)     In section 3.6.11(1) of the Principal Act, after "3.6.6(2)(d)" insert "and the relevant gaming machine entitlement amount".

    (2)     After section 3.6.11(2) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(3)     In this section—

"relevant gaming machine entitlement amount" means—

        (a)     an amount equal to the amount paid into the Consolidated Fund under section 3.6.6B; and

        (b)     an amount equal to the amount paid into the Consolidated Fund under section 3.6.6A (less any amount payable into the Community Support Fund under section 3.6.12).".
