GAMBLING REGULATION AMENDMENT (LICENSING) ACT 2009 (NO. 29 OF 2009) - SECT 48

Purpose of Chapter 4

    (1)     In section 4.1.1(a)(iv) of the Principal Act, for "competitions." substitute "competitions; and".

    (2)     After section 4.1.1(a) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(ab)     to provide for the wagering and betting licensee to conduct a betting exchange; and".
