GAMBLING REGULATION AMENDMENT (GAMING MACHINE ARRANGEMENTS) ACT 2017 (NO. 62 OF 2017) - SECT 31

Duration of approval

    (1)     In section 3.3.10 of the Principal Act, for "An" substitute "Subject to subsection (2), an".

    (2)     At the end of section 3.3.10 of the Principal Act insert —

    "(2)     An approval of premises as suitable for gaming is taken not to be in force while it is suspended.".
