GAMBLING REGULATION AMENDMENT (GAMING MACHINE ARRANGEMENTS) ACT 2017 (NO. 62 OF 2017) - SECT 33

Division 2A of Part 4 of Chapter 3—Definitions

    (1)     In section 3.4.28A of the Principal Act, for the definition of prohibited venue agreement substitute —

" prohibited venue agreement has the meaning given in section 3.4.28AB;".

    (2)     In section 3.4.28A of the Principal Act, in the definition of "reviewable venue agreement", for "means" substitute "means, subject to subsection (2),".

    (3)     At the end of section 3.4.28A of the Principal Act insert —

    "(2)     A registered assignment agreement is not a reviewable venue agreement .".
