HERITAGE ACT 2017 (NO. 7 OF 2017) - SECT 120

The Executive Director must give written notice of the removal of a site from the Heritage Inventory to—

        (a)     the owner of the land constituting the site; and

        (b)     the responsible authority for the area in which the site is situated; and

        (c)     if the responsible authority is not a municipal council, the relevant municipal council.
