HERITAGE ACT 2017 (NO. 7 OF 2017) - SECT 163

A person on whom a rectification order has been served must comply with the requirements of the rectification order.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 48 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 240 penalty units.
