Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) After considering a draft World Heritage Strategy Plan, any submissions and any other matters it considers relevant, and conducting any hearing, the Heritage Council must adopt the draft plan with or without amendments.
(2) The Heritage Council must give a copy of the draft plan to the Minister for approval as soon as practicable after adopting the draft plan.
