Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Division applies despite anything in or authorised by the Building Act 1993 or any other Act.
(2) This Act is subject to any regulation or emergency order under the Building Act 1993 relating to the securing, pulling down or removal of dangerous buildings.
