HERITAGE ACT 2017 (NO. 7 OF 2017) - SECT 41

The Heritage Council, after receiving a recommendation by the Executive Director that a place or object should or should not be included in the Heritage Register, must cause notice of the recommendation to be published—

        (a)     in a newspaper circulating generally in the area in which the place or object is located; and

        (b)     on the Internet site of the Heritage Council.
