HOUSING AMENDMENT (VICTORIAN HOUSING REGISTER AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2016 (NO. 75 OF 2016) - SECT 10

    (1)     In section 35(1) of the Principal Act omit "and the Director's powers and functions under Division 6 of Part VIII".

    (2)     Section 35(1A) of the Principal Act is repealed .
