Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Commissioner may conduct a review of any information given to the Commissioner in dealing with a complaint or in the conduct of an investigation under Part 4, if the Commissioner reasonably believes persistent or recurrent issues related to the provision of a health service may be identified by the conduct of a review.
(2) The Commissioner may provide advice based on the results of a complaint data review to a health service provider regarding the provision of a health service.
