HEALTH COMPLAINTS ACT 2016 (NO. 22 OF 2016) - SECT 146

An act or decision of the Council is not invalid only because of—

        (a)     a vacancy, including an initial vacancy, in its membership; or

        (b)     a defect or irregularity in the appointment of its members.
