HEALTH COMPLAINTS ACT 2016 (NO. 22 OF 2016) - SECT 149

    (1)     To avoid doubt, the Commissioner is a State entity for the purposes of sections 219 and 220 of the National Law.

    (2)     A disclosure of protected information
(within the meaning of the National Law) to the Commissioner is authorised and permitted for the purposes of section 216(2)(b) and (c) of the National Law.
