HEALTH (COMMONWEALTH STATE FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS) ACT 2012 (NO. 40 OF 2012) - SECT 11

    (1)     The responsible Minister for the State is to open and maintain with the Reserve Bank of Australia a separate State bank account for the purpose of the National Health Reform Agreement.

    (2)     The bank account is the State Pool Account established for the State for the purposes of this Act.
